Mr. TravelDesigned doesn’t know we have been invited to the Dreams Resort in Los Cabos for Valentine’s Day. He thinks we are going to Puerto Vallarta. Shhhh! Don’t spoil the surprise (fortunately he doesn’t have a facebook or twitter account)! Ever since I went to Los Cabos on a fam trip without him he has been dying to go there. BOY, OH BOY, will he be surprised! I am really looking forward to sharing our AMResorts experiences at the Unlimited-Luxury® Dreams Los Cabos Suites Golf and Spa Resort. I also plan to check out the Endless Privileges® of Zoetry Casa Del Mar. Both properties are home to pretty AMAZING spas with signature services and beachfront cabanas for massages. Crossing my fingers it is not too late to get a spa appointment and reservations for beachfront dining. Even if it is, I know we won’t be disappointed because every day is special with Unlimited-Luxury® at Dreams and Endless Privileges® of Zoetry.
In case you haven’t heard, it’s been a snowmaggedon around here lately in Northwest Illinois. With evening temperatures in the 50s and pleasant 70s during the day in the Baja, it will feel like a heat wave. And… it rarely rains in Los Cabos, especially this time of year! This is such a good thing because for quite some time we have wanted to go to Todos Santos. Todos Santos is only 50 miles away and as luck would have it, the week long annual Art Festival is taking place during our stay. We are also big time nature lovers and it is whale watching season on the Pacific Coast of Mexico. I am praying for some “money shots” of breaching whales. Eight of the eleven species of whales come here annually from October-April. It’s also leather back turtle nesting season and about time for Olive Ridley hatchling releases. I just can’t believe how lucky we are, there is so much happening in the Baja, who knows what other experiences we will have to share!
